Sponsorship Disclosure

FilmSchools.app is operated by Piksel & Co Digital LLC and funded by school advertising, sponsorships and display advertising. Listings themselves are free: every eligible film degree we verify is listed whether or not its school advertises.

What schools can pay for

• Sponsored profiles and sponsored program cards on matching directory pages
• Field, degree-level, online or state sponsorships
• Display advertising and guide sponsorships

Every paid placement is labeled “Sponsored” or “Advertisement” and appears in its own section, separate from directory results and editorial content.

What money cannot buy

• Inclusion in, position in, or removal from any editorial selection (“Top” and “Best” lists)
• A “verified” status, a funding classification or any change to a sourced fact
• The order of directory results, which is alphabetical unless the visitor chooses a transparent sort
• Editorial copy in guides

The selection code does not read sponsorship data. Facts change only through official sources, reviewed through Suggest an update. Details on selections: rankings methodology.
